The hotel is modern and very clean with ample power outlets.
Unfortunately, the staff's lack of warmth was noticeable during my stay. They seemed distant and unhelpful, which negatively impacted my experience. Additionally, the room felt cramped, and I wished there had been more space to move around comfortably.

Mixed feelings about this
The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly! The room featured a handy washing machine, which made laundry a breeze.
The soundproofing left much to be desired, as outside noise was quite noticeable! Breakfast options were a bit underwhelming.

Couple suitable getaway
The room was surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel, we even had a washing machine. that was a lifesaver after days of travel. Plus, the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the castle and nearby restaurants.
It wasn't exactly cheap but was acceptable given the amenities.

my stay at tokyo stay exceeded my expectations! the washing machine in the room was super convenient, and i loved how spacious the room felt. a lovely evening stroll revealed how close we were to attractions like kanazawa castle.

Great stay at Tokyu Stay. The room was surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards, featuring a convenient washing machine with detergent included. Highly recommended for business travelers.
The breakfast options were modest and did not cater well to Western tastes.
